Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients:

 

500g Chicken thigh

60g egg whites

56g all-purpose flour

5g baking powder

8g salt

5g black pepper

5g oregano

5g paprika

5g onion powder

3g basil

3g thyme

3g white pepper

3g mustard powder

3g ginger powder

 

Instructions:

1. Cut chicken to bite sized pieces and combine with 60g egg whites in a bowl.

2. In another bowl add your flour, baking powder, & seasoning blend. Mix together well.

3. Add a your chicken to your flour mixture and coat well.

4. Add the coated chicken pieces to the air fryer and make sure they aren't touching, multiple batches may be necessary.

5. spray with non stick cooking spray and airfry on 180 degrees Celsius for 9mins or until crispy.

 

Optional:

 

Serve with a side of hot chips.
